Description
Stainless steel flange, pipe outside diameter 60.3 mm, nominal pressure PN16, hole count 4, steel grade 1.4401 / 316 / 1.4404 / 316L. Theoretical weight per piece: 2.7 kg. Flanges are used wherever a detachable connection of pipeline components is required — with valves, butterfly valves, pumps, filters and other fittings. Compliant with the EN 1092-1 / DIN standard family. The slip-on flange is slipped over the pipe and welded with two fillet welds — one of the simplest and most economical flange options to install.
Grade 1.4404 / 316L is an austenitic stainless steel with enhanced corrosion resistance, particularly in more chemically aggressive environments. Thanks to its molybdenum content, this grade offers better corrosion resistance than steel 1.4301 / 304. The material is used in the chemical, food, marine, pharmaceutical industries and in installations and equipment exposed to moisture, chlorides and other corrosive agents.
