Description
The greatest advantage of seamless pipes is their durability. For this reason, pipes of this type are an indispensable element in the construction of installations, i.e. for the conduction of gases and liquids, heat exchangers, coils, recuperators, condensers, evaporators, heaters, and also as construction modules such as: drilling, aircraft, motorcycle or bicycle elements. Stainless seamless pipes are characterised by their high pressure resistance (pressure tables for selected diameters).

Custom designs are non-returnable. Sections are cut from material in stock. If you buy multiple parts of the same product, they will be provided with separate sections. However, you can cut these to any length after consultation. The images in the list do not show the actual surface of the product. The pipe is a raw metallurgical product that has been manufactured in accordance with the EN 10216-5 or ASTM 213 or ASTM 312 standard and is intended for further processing. The specificity of the band saw used for cutting does not guarantee a perfectly smooth surface of the cutting point. The cutting tolerance is -0 / + 5 mm. The tolerance for wall thickness and diameter is not greater than T3/D3 (tolerance table). Please note that the specified tolerances apply to full bars and that the control measurement is made at the ends of the pipe. When purchasing unprefabricated sections other than those listed in the production certificate for a particular batch, deviations from the values given in certificate 3.1 may be expected and may not be a basis for considering the product as not meeting the requirements of the standard or as being of inferior quality.

Sections are cut from stock material with lengths ranging from 5000–7000 mm. Cutting tolerance: -0 / +5 mm. When purchasing multiple units of the same product, you will receive separate sections. Cutting to any custom length is possible upon consultation.
