Description

Stainless steel heat-resistant seamless pipe with an outside diameter of 21.3 mm and a wall thickness of 2.6 mm, steel grade 15X25T. Section length: 80 cm. Theoretical weight of the section: 1 kg. The greatest advantage of seamless pipes is their durability. For this reason, pipes of this type are an indispensable element in the construction of installations, i.e. for the conduction of gases and liquids, heat exchangers, coils, recuperators, condensers, evaporators and heaters, and also as construction modules such as: drilling, aircraft, motorcycle or bicycle elements. Stainless seamless pipes are characterized by their high pressure resistance. See the pressure table for selected diameters.

Grade 15X25T (GOST) is similar in chemical composition to grade 1.4749 (EN) and is presented in our offer as its equivalent. However, these are not identical grades — they differ in the content of certain alloying elements. In 15X25T, the stabiliser is titanium, while in 1.4749 this role is fulfilled by aluminium. Sections are cut from material in lengths of 5000-7000 mm. When purchasing multiple pieces of the same product, you will receive separate sections, but cutting to any length is possible after consultation. The image in the listing does not represent the actual surface of the product. The tube is a metallurgical product in raw condition, manufactured in accordance with EN 10216-5 or ASTM 213 or ASTM 312, intended for further processing. The specifics of the band saw used for cutting do not guarantee a perfectly smooth cut surface. Cutting tolerance is -0/+5mm. Tolerance for wall thickness and diameter is no greater than T3/D3 (tolerance table). The stated tolerances apply to full lengths, and the control measurement is taken at the ends of the tube. When purchasing non-prefabricated sections other than those listed in the production certificate for a given batch, deviations from the values stated in the 3.1 certificate may be expected and this cannot be grounds for considering the product as non-compliant or substandard.
