Description
Stainless steel heat-resistant seamless pipe hollow bar with an outside diameter (OD) of 305 mm and a wall thickness of 15 mm, steel grade 1.4845. Section length: 110 cm. Theoretical weight: 119.8 kg. Stainless steel hollow bars are thick-walled seamless pipes whose strength allows them to be used in structural elements, machine parts and components subject to high mechanical loads. Stainless seamless pipes are characterized by their high pressure resistance. See the pressure table for selected diameters.
Heat-resistant steel designed for use at elevated temperatures. The grade is characterized by resistance to oxidation and retention of mechanical properties under thermal conditions where standard stainless steels may prove insufficient.

Sections are cut from stock material with lengths ranging from 5000–7000 mm. Cutting tolerance: -0 / +5 mm. When purchasing multiple units of the same product, you will receive separate sections. Cutting to any custom length is possible upon consultation.
The pipe is a raw steel mill product, manufactured in accordance with EN 10216-5 or ASTM 213 or ASTM 312, intended for further processing. The image shown in the listing is illustrative and does not represent the actual surface of the product. Due to the characteristics of the band saw used for cutting, a perfectly smooth surface at the cut area cannot be guaranteed.
Tolerance for wall thickness and diameter: not greater than T3/D3 (tolerance table).
The specified tolerances apply to full-length bars, and the control measurement is taken at the ends of the pipe. When purchasing non-prefabricated sections other than those listed in the production certificate for a given batch, deviations from the values specified in the 3.1 certificate are possible — this cannot be grounds for considering the product as non-compliant with the standard or defective.
