Description

Stainless round bar with a diameter of 90 mm and a length of 90 cm, made of steel grade 1.4845 / 310S by hot rolling. Theoretical weight of the section: 45.6 kg.

Heat-resistant steel designed for use at elevated temperatures. The grade is characterized by resistance to oxidation and retention of mechanical properties under thermal conditions where standard stainless steels may prove insufficient.

Hot-rolled bars are produced by rolling steel at elevated temperatures. This method allows for a wide range of diameters and ensures good material ductility. The surface of hot-rolled bars may exhibit a characteristic mill scale layer, which is removed during further processing.

Sections are cut from material in lengths of 5000-7000 mm. When purchasing multiple pieces of the same product, you will receive separate sections, but cutting to any length is possible after consultation. The rod is a metallurgical product in raw condition, manufactured in accordance with EN or ASTM standards, intended for further processing. The specifics of the band saw used for cutting do not guarantee a perfectly smooth cut surface. Cutting tolerance is -0/+5mm.
