Description
Stainless steel seamless eccentric reducer, larger side 139.7 × 6.3 mm, smaller side 88.9 × 5.6 mm, steel grade 1.4401 / 1.4404 / 316 / 316L. Theoretical weight per piece: 2.9 kg. An eccentric reducer transitions from DN125 to DN80 with the bottom edge kept on a single line — this prevents air pockets and dead zones from forming in horizontal pipework runs. Used in water, drainage, transfer, chemical, food-grade and sanitary installations, in pumping stations and on the suction side of centrifugal pumps. The seamless construction delivers high pressure resistance and excellent corrosion resistance.
Grade 1.4404 / 316L is an austenitic stainless steel with enhanced corrosion resistance, particularly in more chemically aggressive environments. Thanks to its molybdenum content, this grade offers better corrosion resistance than steel 1.4301 / 304. The material is used in the chemical, food, marine, pharmaceutical industries and in installations and equipment exposed to moisture, chlorides and other corrosive agents.
