Description
Stainless steel seamless elbow ° with a radius, outside diameter 323.9 mm × wall thickness 9.53 mm, steel grade 1.4401 / 316 / 1.4404 / 316L. Theoretical weight per piece: 56.7 kg. Stainless steel elbows are used wherever a pipeline must change direction — in hydraulics, industrial installations, heat exchangers, and chemical, food-grade and sanitary systems. The seamless construction delivers high pressure resistance and excellent corrosion resistance. Compliant with DIN 2605-1 / EN 10253-4. The 90° version is the most common elbow variant, used for sharp direction changes in compact industrial, sanitary and transfer piping.
Grade 1.4404 / 316L is an austenitic stainless steel with enhanced corrosion resistance, particularly in more chemically aggressive environments. Thanks to its molybdenum content, this grade offers better corrosion resistance than steel 1.4301 / 304. The material is used in the chemical, food, marine, pharmaceutical industries and in installations and equipment exposed to moisture, chlorides and other corrosive agents.
