Stainless steel seamless equal tee, outside diameter 139.7 mm × wall thickness 7.1 mm, steel grade 1.4401 / 1.4404 / 316 / 316L. Theoretical weight per piece: 16.4 kg. An equal tee has three outlets of the same internal diameter and is used to branch a pipeline at 90° while keeping the cross-section constant. Used in water, drainage, transfer, chemical, food-grade and sanitary installations wherever a medium has to be supplied or discharged perpendicular to the main pipeline axis. The seamless construction delivers high pressure resistance and excellent corrosion resistance.

Grade 1.4404 / 316L is an austenitic stainless steel with enhanced corrosion resistance, particularly in more chemically aggressive environments. Thanks to its molybdenum content, this grade offers better corrosion resistance than steel 1.4301 / 304. The material is used in the chemical, food, marine, pharmaceutical industries and in installations and equipment exposed to moisture, chlorides and other corrosive agents.
