Stainless steel seamless pipe with an outside diameter of 26.9 mm and a wall thickness of 2.87 mm, steel grade 1.4401 / 316 / 1.4404 / 316L. Section length: 120 cm. Theoretical weight of the section: 2.1 kg. The greatest advantage of seamless pipes is their durability. For this reason, pipes of this type are an indispensable element in the construction of installations, i.e. for the conduction of gases and liquids, heat exchangers, coils, recuperators, condensers, evaporators and heaters, and also as construction modules such as: drilling, aircraft, motorcycle or bicycle elements. Grade 1.4404 / 316L is an austenitic stainless steel with enhanced corrosion resistance, particularly in more chemically aggressive environments. Thanks to its molybdenum content, this grade offers better corrosion resistance than steel 1.4301 / 304. The material is used in the chemical, food, marine, pharmaceutical industries and in installations and equipment exposed to moisture, chlorides and other corrosive agents.

Sections are cut from stock material with lengths ranging from 5000–7000 mm. Cutting tolerance: -0 / +5 mm. When purchasing multiple units of the same product, you will receive separate sections. Cutting to any custom length is possible upon consultation.
The pipe is a raw steel mill product, manufactured in accordance with EN 10216-5 or ASTM 213 or ASTM 312, intended for further processing. The image shown in the listing is illustrative and does not represent the actual surface of the product. Due to the characteristics of the band saw used for cutting, a perfectly smooth surface at the cut area cannot be guaranteed.
Tolerance for wall thickness and diameter: not greater than T3/D3 (tolerance table).
The specified tolerances apply to full-length bars, and the control measurement is taken at the ends of the pipe. When purchasing non-prefabricated sections other than those listed in the production certificate for a given batch, deviations from the values specified in the 3.1 certificate are possible — this cannot be grounds for considering the product as non-compliant with the standard or defective.
