Description

Stainless steel seamless pipe hollow bar with an outside diameter (OD) of 90 mm and a wall thickness of 20 mm, steel grade 1.4571 / 316Ti. Section length: 130 cm. Theoretical weight: 45.6 kg. Stainless steel hollow bars are thick-walled seamless pipes whose strength allows them to be used in structural elements, machine parts and components subject to high mechanical loads. Stainless seamless pipes are characterized by their high pressure resistance. See the pressure table for selected diameters.

Grade 1.4571 / 316Ti is a titanium-stabilised austenitic stainless steel with very good corrosion resistance and wide industrial application. Compared to standard chromium-nickel grades, this material performs well in more demanding environments. Steel 1.4571 is used in the chemical, energy and food industries and in the production of technical apparatus and installations.

Sections are cut from material in lengths of 5000-7000 mm. When purchasing multiple pieces of the same product, you will receive separate sections, but cutting to any length is possible after consultation. The image in the listing does not represent the actual surface of the product. The tube is a metallurgical product in raw condition, manufactured in accordance with EN 10216-5 or ASTM 213 or ASTM 312, intended for further processing. The specifics of the band saw used for cutting do not guarantee a perfectly smooth cut surface. Cutting tolerance is -0/+5mm. Tolerance for wall thickness and diameter is no greater than T3/D3 (tolerance table). The stated tolerances apply to full lengths, and the control measurement is taken at the ends of the tube. When purchasing non-prefabricated sections other than those listed in the production certificate for a given batch, deviations from the values stated in the 3.1 certificate may be expected and this cannot be grounds for considering the product as non-compliant or substandard.
