Description
Stainless steel flange, pipe outside diameter 168.3 mm, nominal pressure PN6, hole count 8, steel grade 1.4401 / 316 / 1.4404 / 316L. Theoretical weight per piece: 5.5 kg. Flanges are used wherever a detachable connection of pipeline components is required — with valves, butterfly valves, pumps, filters and other fittings. Compliant with the EN 1092-1 / DIN standard family. The weld neck flange has an extended hub butt-welded to the pipe, providing a smooth diameter transition and the highest pressure rating — used for demanding service and critical installations.
Grade 1.4404 / 316L is an austenitic stainless steel with enhanced corrosion resistance, particularly in more chemically aggressive environments. Thanks to its molybdenum content, this grade offers better corrosion resistance than steel 1.4301 / 304. The material is used in the chemical, food, marine, pharmaceutical industries and in installations and equipment exposed to moisture, chlorides and other corrosive agents.
