Description
Stainless steel seamless reducing tee, larger side 114.3 × 3.6 mm, smaller side 60.3 × 2.9 mm, steel grade 1.4571 / 316Ti. Theoretical weight per piece: 2.6 kg. A reducing tee has three outlets where one of the branches has a smaller diameter than the main run. Used in water, drainage, chemical, food-grade and industrial installations to branch a pipeline while reducing the cross-section of one outlet — typically for auxiliary connections, sensors, vents or take-offs with lower flow demand. The seamless construction delivers high pressure resistance and excellent corrosion resistance.
Grade 1.4571 / 316Ti is a titanium-stabilised austenitic stainless steel with very good corrosion resistance and wide industrial application. Compared to standard chromium-nickel grades, this material performs well in more demanding environments. Steel 1.4571 is used in the chemical, energy and food industries and in the production of technical apparatus and installations.
