Description
Stainless steel flange, pipe outside diameter 168.3 mm, nominal pressure PN16, hole count 8, steel grade 1.4571 / 316Ti. Theoretical weight per piece: 7.1 kg. Flanges are used wherever a detachable connection of pipeline components is required — with valves, butterfly valves, pumps, filters and other fittings. Compliant with the EN 1092-1 / DIN standard family. The slip-on flange is slipped over the pipe and welded with two fillet welds — one of the simplest and most economical flange options to install.
Grade 1.4571 / 316Ti is a titanium-stabilised austenitic stainless steel with very good corrosion resistance and wide industrial application. Compared to standard chromium-nickel grades, this material performs well in more demanding environments. Steel 1.4571 is used in the chemical, energy and food industries and in the production of technical apparatus and installations.
