Description
Stainless steel seamless elbow 45° with a 1,5D radius, outside diameter 48.3 mm × wall thickness 2.6 mm, steel grade 1.4541 / 321. Theoretical weight per piece: 0.1 kg. Stainless steel elbows are used wherever a pipeline must change direction — in hydraulics, industrial installations, heat exchangers, and chemical, food-grade and sanitary systems. The seamless construction delivers high pressure resistance and excellent corrosion resistance. Compliant with DIN 2605-1 / EN 10253-4. The 45° version is chosen where a gentle change of direction is required — typically on outdoor pipework bends and in installations with tight pressure-loss budgets.
Grade 1.4541 / 321 is a titanium-stabilised austenitic stainless steel. This grade is characterised by good corrosion resistance and is often chosen for applications where resistance to elevated temperatures and good structural stability of the material are important. Steel 1.4541 is used in the mechanical engineering, energy, chemical industries and in components of installations working under more demanding thermal conditions.
