Description
Stainless steel seamless elbow 90° with a 1,5D radius, outside diameter 33.4 mm × wall thickness 2.77 mm, steel grade UNSS31803 / 32205 / 1.4462. Theoretical weight per piece: 0.1 kg. Stainless steel elbows are used wherever a pipeline must change direction — in hydraulics, industrial installations, heat exchangers, and chemical, food-grade and sanitary systems. The seamless construction delivers high pressure resistance and excellent corrosion resistance. Compliant with DIN 2605-1 / EN 10253-4. The 90° version is the most common elbow variant, used for sharp direction changes in compact industrial, sanitary and transfer piping.
Grade 1.4462 / S31803 is a duplex stainless steel combining high mechanical strength with very good corrosion resistance. Compared to standard austenitic steels, this grade offers higher strength and better resistance to stress corrosion cracking. The material is used in demanding industrial applications, including the chemical, energy, marine and offshore industries, as well as in installations working in more challenging environmental conditions.
