For this reason, pipes of this type are an indispensable element in the construction of installations, i.e. for the conduction of gases and liquids, heat exchangers, coils, recuperators, condensers, evaporators, heaters, and also as construction modules such as: drilling, aircraft, motorcycle or bicycle elements. . The highest pressure resistance is characterized by seamless stainless pipes made of a steel rod drilled along the length of the pipe, which is how pipes for the production of firearms barrels are made.

At the customer's request, we send a 3.1 certificate. The offer is for a specific item along with prep service, which consists of cutting a section of the selected length from the material in stock. Custom designs are non-returnable. Sections are cut from material in stock. If you buy multiple parts of the same product, they will be provided with separate sections. However, you can cut these to any length after consultation. The images in the list do not show the actual surface of the product. The pipe is a metallurgical product that has been manufactured in accordance with the EN or ASTM standard and is intended for further processing. The specificity of the band saw used for cutting does not guarantee a perfectly smooth surface of the cutting point. The cutting tolerance is -0 / + 5 mm. The tolerance for wall thickness and diameter is not greater than T3/D3 (tolerance table)

Sections are cut from stock material with lengths ranging from 5000–7000 mm. Cutting tolerance: -0 / +5 mm. When purchasing multiple units of the same product, you will receive separate sections. Cutting to any custom length is possible upon consultation.
The pipe is a raw steel mill product, manufactured in accordance with EN 10216-5 or ASTM 213 or ASTM 312, intended for further processing. The image shown in the listing is illustrative and does not represent the actual surface of the product. Due to the characteristics of the band saw used for cutting, a perfectly smooth surface at the cut area cannot be guaranteed.
Tolerance for wall thickness and diameter: not greater than T3/D3 (tolerance table).
The specified tolerances apply to full-length bars, and the control measurement is taken at the ends of the pipe. When purchasing non-prefabricated sections other than those listed in the production certificate for a given batch, deviations from the values specified in the 3.1 certificate are possible — this cannot be grounds for considering the product as non-compliant with the standard or defective.
